I’ve heard from other migrainuers that maintaining a high intensity workout regimen helps almost completely relieve their migraines.
Since I’ve been feeling pretty strong lately, I decided to try it out- at least for a week.
And, guess what? So far, it worked! This is the first week I have been, more or less, full-blown migraine free for the first time in years!
My week included:
Monday: 3 mile morning run
Tuesday: 90 min Ashtanga class
Wednesday: 7 mile run and 50 minute strength class
Thursday: 90 min Ashtanga Ledd class
Friday: 50 min lower body workout class
Saturday: 50 min upper body workout class and 6 mile walk
Sunday: short 2 mile morning walk (rest day)
